What we do
A purchase of receivables, not an extension of borrowing.
Funding2Go purchases a fixed share of the receipts your business is going to collect and pays you the agreed sum for that share today. What arrives in the account is the price of something you sold, not money you have taken on.
Because it is a purchase, the sum you remit is settled at the outset and written on the offer. It does not accrue, so it does not grow if the advance runs longer than either of us expected, and it is never expressed as a rate.
Collection is taken as a small share of each day’s takings, as they land in your business account. A strong week clears more of the balance; a slow week clears less. There is no instalment date to miss, because there are no instalments.
Where a third party provides the financing, that funder’s own revenue purchase agreement governs the transaction and Funding2Go acts as a connection provider rather than the funder. We say which of the two you are dealing with before anything is signed.

The figure on the offer is the figure on the agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt
- It is not a loan.
- There is no principal, no interest and no annual percentage rate.
- It is not a schedule.
- Remittance is a share of daily receipts, so a quiet week remits less.
- It is not a line.
- Nothing revolves and nothing is drawn down; the sum is advanced once.
Procedure
Three steps, and the longest of them is a minute.

- I
The request
Set the sum and give us four details. Nothing is submitted until you have seen the whole request, and nothing is charged to review it.
About two minutes - II
Verification of deposits
Three months of business banking, through a read-only connection. What the account actually receives is the only thing the advance is priced against — there is no filed history to produce.
Minutes - III
Offer and settlement
One figure comes back: the total you will remit and the share taken from each day's receipts, both stated before signature. Funds can reach the account the following business day.
Next business day
Underwriting
Four things examined. Three never asked for.
- 01Business banking
- Three months of deposits into the account the receipts actually land in.
- 02Trading history
- At least three months, counted from the first deposit rather than from incorporation.
- 03Average monthly revenue
- $5,000 or more across those three months.
- 04Standing and location
- A US-registered business, outside California and New York.
Never required
- A fee paid in advance in exchange for a promise of funding
- Personal collateral pledged against the advance
- A minimum score before we will look at the account
These are the criteria examined on every request. Meeting them is not an approval, and nothing on this page is an offer of funding.

Every request is read against the deposits, not against a score.
Use of proceeds
There is no schedule of approved purposes.
The sum is advanced against your receivables and is yours to apply to the business as you judge best. We do not require a stated purpose and we do not ask afterwards what it went on.

Questions
Asked before anyone applies.
How does this differ from bank financing?
Bank financing advances a principal sum against a promise to repay it with interest on a schedule. We purchase a portion of the receipts your business is already going to collect, at a cost fixed in advance. There is no interest, no annual percentage rate and no amortisation.
What is the smallest advance you will make?
One hundred dollars, and the ceiling is five thousand. There is no larger tier held behind this one and no minimum enforced above the published floor.
What do you require from the business?
A business bank account, at least three months of trading and an average of $5,000 a month in revenue across that period. We do not ask for filed accounts and we do not take personal collateral.
Will a request affect my score?
Reviewing your options is a soft inquiry and leaves your score untouched. If a request moves forward we will tell you before anything further is run, and you may stop at that point.
How is remittance collected?
As a small fixed share of the receipts arriving in your business account, taken as they land. A slower week remits less and takes longer to clear. The total figure does not change.
How soon can funds arrive?
As soon as the next business day once the agreement is executed and verification is complete. Timing depends on your bank and on how quickly documents are returned.
Which states do you fund in?
Every state except California and New York. Products are offered for commercial purposes only and are not available for personal, family or household use.
What happens if the business does not qualify?
We will say so in plain language rather than leaving the request open. If you are close to the minimums you are welcome to send it anyway, and we will be candid about whether there is anything we can do.

Reviewing your options costs nothing and is a soft inquiry that leaves your score untouched. Submitting a request is not an application for funding and does not oblige you to accept an offer.
